well being a lord in scotland i believe you have to own a very substantial piece of land, like 5000 hectares or more. even then, being a lord actually means "Farmer" or "Gardener" as the title was more often passed to these people from their monarchal employers as a gesture for their long service and often lived in a small house on the estate. so really being lord isnt fancy, nor posh.

also in the UK, any title must be honoured by the king or previously the queen in order to have your title on legal documents, so all these youtubers are actually selling, endorsing and promoting fraudulent misinformation, for real!

There is plenty of non - registered land in the UK.

And guess what, WE STILL FUCKING OWN THE LAND BY DEEDS.

It's still a valid title.

You can prove ownership of land by deeds.

Just because it's exempt from registration laws, doesn't mean they don't own it.
