Every two or three years, cold weather hits and my sinusitis flares up. Feels like someone hammering nails into my head.

I am trying to avoid the doctor. A simple course of amoxicillin will heal me in a day or two.

Seems ridiculous to go to an office when I just need amoxicillin. Anyone have any ideas?
