The next time you even begin to feel anything hinky in your sinuses, ears, throat, spray it. I use it a few times a week because I live in the desert, and my nose doesn't like the dust.

I mean, I would suggest trying the colloidal silver first before even getting an antibiotic - it's just that effective - but I don't know how far the infection has gone, so I don't want to take any chances.
