I'm just now finding out about the loveliness of liposmal products.

I have bone on bone in a knee, and it's always painful. In fact, the past few months the pain level has increased distinctly (ouch!), despite taking supplements for inflammation, including astaxanthin (red micro algae). I got myself some liposomal astaxanthin I started taking about two weeks ago.


.....I noticed it yesterday, no more pain in my knee....NONE! I'm thinking I'm going to be able to start walking for my health again! And that is just about the best news ever for my body and my heart!


I've also gotten liposomal magnesium, and the next time I need Vit C, I'm going to get liposomal of that too. I am going to see how many of what I take I can switch over to a liposomal form, I am so hugely impressed with the outcome of the liposomal astaxanthin.
