Capitalism Promotes Greed, It Is Inherently Evil | |

I have an MBA, and I have a business undergrad degree. I have held this view for years, and some could say that my geographical location of my upbringing has had some influence on these views. Who knows, I just know I made it through college with a "livable wage" mantra being my main focus of my research. I believe that if you pay your lower end workers a livable wage, they will produce for you, a better product, thus increasing your brand's quality, which pays the shareholders as word of mouth will add to the value of your company. Quoting: Deep1111 Capitalism rewards the greedy with massive amounts of wealth. Every other business professional tries to emulate what these heavy hitters manage to do in these markets. So, everyone is in the pursuit of Sin. Greed is one of the deadly Sins. Capitalism promotes greed, thus is evil by its very nature. There has to be an alternative to the capitalistic society. That alternative does not mean communism. I am not a fan of giving out to everyone equally when some give more of their time and effort, and should be rewarded for that effort. What I am saying is that there needs to be a change in how we measure success for a business. And people who start businesses need to learn the value of their employees, as it is their ideas that bring those employees together to build a product or provide a service, and without them, your company is just an idea. Value your people, and they will value your business. Show them by taking care of them. I suggest the US is not the capitalism but a colonial economic structure. Where Americans buy labor and resources from other for pennies. |

What percentage of Americans work full time, yet are considered living under the level of poverty? Is the level of poverty congruent with the living wage needed to sustain one's self? It seems to me that the current capitalist structure we have enslaves more people than anything. Makes them have to continue to work to live. There is no choice in the matter. You are compelled to work a low wage job if you don't have the ability to educate yourself. Even if you educate yourself, you may not have a way to pay for the education. So, more enslavement with student loans. Debt is a form of slavery... Jesus said: He who seeks, let him not cease seeking until he finds; and when he finds he will be troubled, and when he is troubled he will be amazed, and he will reign over the All. Keep calling it mental illness. 1,000 years ago, they called us see'ers [link to www.youtube.com (secure)] |

Communism gives power to the state/ the cartel. Both cases give power to the superstructure rather than the people. What is necessary is power back to the individual/ community. To do this, 1. Bring back nationally-owned currencies (end the fed), 2. Give people homesteads/homes that aren’t taxed, and 3. Bring back local/regional self-sufficiency for each place on Earth. |
