Of course...

Release all information NOW just after the 2022 mid-term elections.

Then by 2024, the average joe voter will have forgot and moved on...

Yet another form of election interference.

no where in the 1st amendment does it say people have a right to comment on privately owned websites

the first amendment says THE GOVERNMENT can't restirct speech, privately owned companies can..

you can get 86'd from a bar, a bar is a privately owned business, same as twitter or facebook or youtube

none of you even know what the 1st amendment says
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 84892384

Laws against censorship on social media are needed, or private entities will use it to shape society and politics.

The MANDATORY death penalty for giving the order to censor anything true.

Simple.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 74870564

why should the laws for censorship on social media be any different then laws for censorship in any private business?

a bar can kick you out because they don't want to serve you any more... they won't let you back in... should there be laws saying private businesses have no power over their own property and who they determine can use it?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 84892384

Are you that stupid. I explained to you in fairly good detail of why censorship of speech that is true should not be lawful on social media.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 74870564

are you that stupid... I explained to you in basic facts that social media are privately owned businesses and they can and do censor people, same as privately owned business glp has every right to do

Re: Jack Dorsey calls on Elon Musk to "make everything public now"
I've wanted the same thing until Dorsey said it. Now we saw the delay was a useful honeypot to trap the evil James Baker and give Musk the opportunity to fire him for cause. Maybe there are more parasites who need to be lured out, or there's something that should stay hidden for now.

If Dorsey wanted to make this call, his time as boss of the company was the time to do it, and he failed totally. His motives are suspect, as he is not even a little bit stupid.

Shut up Dorsey. I trust Musk a lot more.

what law did they break?

one more time, a privately owned business, and owner of private property has every right to kick people off their property

a privately owned business has every right to favor politics and politicians they prefer

fox news has every right to not run stories that paint republicans in a bad light

same as cnn has every right to not run stories that paint democrats in a bad light

you all are fuckin morons who 1) don't know how the 1st amendment works or what it says and 2) don't know how private property and privately owned businesses work

you do not have 1st amendment rights on someone else's private property...you would not allow antifa to protest in your house or on your lawn.

You seem to be a bit confused, or is it by design?

CNN and Fox should be allowed to run whatever stories they want as long as they are true (both of them lie continuously) , no person who posts any truth on social media should ever be censored. It isn't the same thing. People who are concealing the truth from you are nearly always are concealing something you need to know, something it is your business to know, and sometime that is generally harmful to you for you not to know..
