I just got covid and im at day 5 now. Throat hurts so bad. And i have not taken any vaccins btw.

Personally, I think you had a bad cold or a mild flu and thanks to media fearmongering, you are now convinced that completely unrelated issues, like insomnia and kidney stones, were somehow caused by "COVID-19."

I agree the media fearmongering was insane but when I got covid it fucked up my sleep pattern and the bells palsy afterwards I'm wondering if its what they call long covid which is more common than we think. I was on the brink of taking anti deppresents and sleeping pills which my doctor was quick to prescribe

it's not like the common cold, i got it just after christmas 2019, i'm really healthy, make juices everyday, eat well, exercise...i don't even get the normal flu in winter from taking good care of myself, but for the first time in my life bought cough syrup, things to clear my nose...

i noticed crazy changes in my body, if i got a small cut it would take months to heal right, it really f-cked with my immune system, people were getting it in the summer and dying from it.

the guy who owns my local gas station and died in hospital. they traced it back to one of those costco like places where he bought in bulk things for his business, it killed others, this guy was like 40...

This is where I'm leaning as well this is deffinatly a bio weapon that will affect people now or in the future. Glad you're feeling better now.

I spent 2 months in the hospital. Half of it was in the ICU. Been a little more than a year now. No major lingering effects.

Also. I gave zero cares about avoiding crowds or masks.. I got sick when i was extremely over worked, tired, and not eating well over a few weeks due to work. So I think...and.especially.NOW.after years.... You're better off just investing in health and well being. You likely already caught it. So your fine unless you catch it again when weakened. That destroyed me. Worst illness ever.

I got covid, real bad, btw, then shots 1&2, then covid again, but not as bad, then again and again. Each time less severe.
I see little therapeutic value in the vaxx, but a host of potential issues from a vaccine with a high number of side effects.

So what is your diet like? Do you eat a lot of processed foods? What is your daily sugar intake? Do you exercise?
