I am not vaxed.

Caught COVID earlier this year.

Never been that sick in my life.

Now I have robust natural immunity.

Still a bit of brain fog, but outside of that all is good.

Fake ass covid isn't going away, ever.

It is the ultimate excuse for people to look anywhere for their poor health issues, except for themselves and their lifestyle.

I don't think the distrust in the medical establishment will last very long.

What I learned (the hard way)

eat properly, healthy but eat protein (chicken) and decent amount of carbs, it helps with sleep. Also stay hydrated can't stress this enough, not from just water but take pedyalyte.
