If we didn't have ERP's we wouldn't have mass produced cheap food, production lines for automobiles and manufacturing, wholesalers, etc. Enterprise business relies on efficiency and a system which addresses all business and world potential.

You mention mass produced automobiles...the same automobiles the leaders of this world want to take away from humanity??? Nearly every single thing you listed is responsible for human suffering. Nearly all the suffering of humanity today can be directly linked to the things you just mentioned. Heimdall makes a good point here. The only software we really need is microfinance software that'll help people raise enough money to go and live in nature again. Home farms, hobbit and avatar homes, making the Earth beautiful again. Software which can help people raise enough money for their dream, whatever that is, providing it doesn't hurt the EArth. OP has some good ideas... maybe he can think upon those lines.
