In regards to the other poster who questioned about how it would hold "Evil" accountable, Well, it would hold everyone both evil and good accountable to their truth and deeds. The biggest enemy of Tax collectors is when a company has a solid enterprise resource planner which they can look through to gather totals, and other relevant data which can be then used to Audit a companies wealth and other assets.

In this way, Everything would be found, tracked, and assigned a statistical value.

On an individual basis, this system would include the ability for users to OPT IN or OPT OUT of providing the requested Data, similar to what would be collected by Digital ID Systems, and would be limited in its scope of public access but would contain all the necessary ingredients to remake a human being after their death, if they wanted. (AI-Estate Planning) would be a system sub-feature and line of recurring revenue to operate said system and finance the necessary developers we would need to create it.
