Why not use JD Edwards? I get that it's kind of clunky, but it should have everything you need out of the box or maybe with just a few tweaks.

Maximizing the potential of such a system is the requirement, not just simply having clunky options that nobody ever uses except in rare cases, everything in this system would have definition, relevance and meaning to enhancing and developing consciousness and our evolution as a whole. Yeah it can be pretty pricey on the enterprise level and you usually have to write spin-offs for various features anyway. Probably better off making your own from scratch with an architecture more targeted to your specific goals. Good luck.
