If you watch grub truck video, guys with number 8 on shirt Maddie hugs, guy with number 9, plus wearing hoodie seem to be watching girls, he talks with number 8 and 8 makes a gesture putting his hands up to face a sleeping gesture to number 9. Maybe signaling after girls go to sleep?
Was Jack texting guys with numbers 8 and 9 to show up at beginning of video?
Another thing confusing, when Jack got kicked out of bar for acting weird around girls, did he wait outside for them to leave?
I think it’s possible these guys were seen running in the police cam videos in background.

As for the scream you are referencing as being fake, that was a fraudulent audio recording released on the Joseph Morris Youtube Channel, and is not the same scream heard in the bodycam footage streamed on The MOB Crew's Channel.
