I take this as a bad sign for resolution of the case. They want people to scatter now.

If they put as much effort into catching the murderers as they do into worrying about people who hurt their feelings they might make an arrest.

Now that we can add the runners to the time line I wonder if all these later tandem phone calls to Jack D were made by the murders to lure him over so they could kill him, too.

Again there's a kitchen between the upper two floors of bedrooms and the lowest/basement level. The latter kept their door locked.

A pro killer could use a pillow to silence the 2 girls (both were in the same bed) and quickly slice throats. Then quickly stab & mutilate their bodies. No sounds made.

There was a pillow stuffed under one of the bedroom’s balcony railings with what appeared to be blood on the floor of the deck outside the railing.

I’m more thinking of a professional. Someone paid for such skills including the use of high tech Ai drones. Perhaps an older portly professional who enjoys hanging out with young ones and students.

Not to rule out likeminded student clients or trainees. Etc.

Just found this enhanced video that show the runners/walkers in front of the light with their whole bodies shown. The light is much closer to the squad car - maybe 200’ from the murder house.

The people are on the parking lot pavement it seems. Looks way different in this view.

Also, what if the squeal noise is not from car brakes, like some of us thought, but a squeal from a high tech drone? Who knows what such a drone would sound like? I don’t.

What appeared to be blood on the deck floor off Maddie’s bedroom, on closer inspection, is probably dried juice from fallen berries.

Couldn’t sleep last night due to the thought that the squeal noise on the police cam video might be the whine of woodworking or surgical power tools.

Who was the first person on scene?
Not police or ambulance

I imagine K texted the Grub Hut requesting to speed up her order once she spotted her stalker had arrived.

I doubt K getting her food before tan hat guy, when he knew he ordered 3 minutes before K, did not go down well with him. She did not steal his food, though, she had a completely different order than anyone else.
