Since whites own homes at a higher rate than blacks, who are more likely if housed to rent apartments, and apartment dwellers have to pay for trash services while homeowners don't. Since it's a city service I'd argue that's racist and unjust and would hope to persuade a common sense change, but failing that I would sue under the equal protection clause.

I used to do ambulance work, all “those people” keep their heat up to 80, and they also heat with their ovens. They have a tv on and a radio, and a bunch of fans, along with electric heaters. I knew to not wear a coat when I went into a “those people” homes(apartments) because I would feel sick from how hot they kept their dwellings. And why is this monster going through her patient’s mail?

I can confirm.....I worked in building management for awhile and so many heat complaints from black tenants.....I go to their units and its 87 degrees on the thermostat with the adjustment at the highest setting....you would think that is warm enough for anyone.....

Sorry you had to deal with that. Worked for a company years ago that wanted to send me into Baltimore for some public housing surveys where they filmed The Wire. I told them to find someone else or fire me. The guy that ended up doing it described things just like that (and worse), just not the heat that I can remember.
