One person. Flight attendant. Never found. Everyone else survived.

Obviously not the one who got sucked out and was never found.

The aviation experts and the best professional pilots have kept saying this over, and over, and over again..
if you are not doing something that REQUIRES you to remove your seat belt (going to the bathroom) KEEP YOUR BELT ON AT ALL TIMES!

I'd bet money on it that the captain was on over the intercom telling people to buckle up BEFORE the event got serious too, and no doubt the sign was lighted too. But noooooo

Live in Honolulu and it stormed and rained all day. Same for tomorrow. Fly frequently and used to turbulence however not of this magnitude during storms. These passengers sadly learned the hard way that you keep your seat belts on at all times when not going to the bathroom.
