Mariupol - trying to rescue friend. Need info please!

Does anyone have contact in Mariupol? I've lost contact with a friend I am helping to escape. They are under "seel" and power has only been coming on for hours a day. I am very worried, please help me with any information you have.

I finally got the money together to fly her to Poland. And then from the refugee camp to Canada and to the consulate here. And information would be greatly appreciated, comms are down and I need to get her the money.
