A vaccine like small pox is a refined version of a variolation which is nature's way of inoculating people against foreign agents. Milk maids exposed to cow pox didn't develop smallpox and so forth.

The mRNA technology was intended to 'vaccinate' people with, or at risk of, cancers. The developers of the technology told us in 2015, we are decades from using this technology on a large scale. But, panicked politicians and medical 'scientists' are not capable of reasoning with the idea that sometimes, 'wait and see', is the best approach.

Over the last twenty years, we've discovered that many of the more invasive and aggressive therapies have no better outcomes than doing nothing or using standard traditional therapies.

It's the age old adage: Can we? Yes. Should we? That's a horse of a different color.
