The police went into this dying man's hospital room, and took his pain medicine away from him after a staffer snitched.

They need to expedite the criminal hearing and put him in lockup before he dies . Keep the money flowing . Assholes .

My late husband used edibles and smoked some weed during his terminal cancer. It helped for a little while. It is illegal here in Indiana, but friends and family kept him supplied anyway.
The way I feel about it, ANY drug that can ease the pain or anxiety of a terminally ill person, like my late husband, should be available to them.
FTR, I am totally anti-drug, but when it comes to medical use, I have no objection at all.

Here is an example of how difficult it is to get pain meds when you have terminal cancer.
Years ago, a friend of mine, Max, was diagnosed terminal. He had tumors in his guts, and his shoulder. The doctor told him, that even with chemo, he still didn't have more than 2-4 months to live. The doctor pushed the chemo anyway, and REFUSED to give Max ANY pain meds until he agreed to chemo.

Max got Rick Simpson Oil, and all of his friends got together, and made sure he had a good supply of it. Max lived for 1 year and 1 month after he was told he had 2-4 months to live, WITH chemo. Rick Simpson Oil gave him a longer time, and a more quality time.

When the law means that someone has to die sooner, or suffer terribly, then it is time to tell the lawmakers to shove their laws !
