Every thing she says starts with “ he said something to the effect of”.

A true judge would never allow her statements to be phrased that way. Sounds like she’s paraphrasing which is subjective and actual comments could be taken out of text or made up completely.

Example… I say, I don’t like that man”. She could quote on the stand, “ He said something to the effect of, I despise that man and want him dead”.

An upright judge would kick her and her half assed remarks out immediately. Either repeat exactly what she heard or say upfront, “I don’t recall exactly what was said”.

Prison is the consequence for purjury.
