That being said, I thought Dylan's parents got her a lawyer the same day as the murders. But not before she answered some questions.


I sill have questions about Bethany, why has she been able to fly under everyone's radar. If Dylan is guilty then so is Bethany.

They were both there all night. If Dylan was awake at 4am but did not tell Bethany anything that would mean she was sleeping pretty good considering they were in the same room.

When Dylan finally wen to sleep, Bethany would have already been asleep a few hours so she should have woken up and had to pee sometime that morning.

Did she go pee and fail to see all the blood and gore? If she did not see it somehow, she still would have smelled something that would make her gag.

I think she was smart enough to never say anything to police other than she wanted to talk to a lawyer before saying anything and Dylan screwed herself up by talking and making statements that are very hard to believe and will easily be picked apart by a defense attorney.

Dylan will end up facing charges for lying to investigators at a minimum because she did answer a few questions with the best thing she could come up with at that moment.

Bethany although just as guilty as Dylan of anything that happened will not face that charge because she did not talk.

That makes me think Bethany may have a criminal background (juvenile records are sealed) and knows 1st hand to not talk where Dylan did not have any criminal background.

BF was in a bedroom on the first floor. DM was in a bedroom on the second floor; the same floor as the bedroom with XK and EC. Not suspicious at all that BF didn’t see or hear anything as she was on a different floor, in a house used to lots of noise w/ people coming & going at all hours, and considering she might’ve been inebriated as she was out late on a Saturday night.

No. It is suspicious that neither heard anything when 4 people in the sane house were murdered while they were there.. The ceiling is 8 ft, so bf is only 8 ft away under their bedroom. The ring camera picked up a loud thud 50ft away, you think nobody inside the house could hear a loud thud. Apparently it is not a loud house with people coming and going 24/7, that's why dm was opening her door multiple times looking out. And no excuses neither of them called 911 at ALL..PERIOD.

There is absolutely no evidence that the “thud” picked up by the Ring camera from a neighboring house came from the 1122 King Road house.

It was on the pca as probable cause evidence, along with voices, a whimper and a dog barking. You saying the police lied and entered something on the pca that was irrelevant to be used to arrest someone for murdering four people? That would be a big problem.

There's a prosecuting attorney in Kootenai County, ID (same county as murders) named Stanley Mortensen (same last name as Dylan). Not sure if they're related though. Also not sure about family relationship to Moscow PD - haven't heard that one yet.
