With all the people in and out of the house, unless they found the exact shoe that matches the print found down to something irregular like a rock or something caught in the tread it would be a nothing burger.

There is a pic of Dylan wearing Vans type shoes and her feet are on the larger side. There is no doubt she was walking around in there so there is a good chance the print was hers or one of the "cleaners" she summoned over that morning.


Unless they have lots more evidence they are holding in secret, I do not see how they can really justify the charges they have in Brian at the moment. An honest judge may grant a motion to dismiss on lack of evidence.

If it goes to court with what they have and with an honest jury, he will walk free.


He may have done it but he is also smart enough to not make some of the mistakes they are saying he did, like leave the sheath there and not just leave his phone at home. He does not appear to be the type person addicted to their phone and feels naked in public without it.

He would know turning the phone off and back on would raise a red flag, not enough to convict him but sill raise flag that need not be raised and easily avoided.
