All goes back to police, if they did their job, there would be less crime.
For example, 1122 king was a known party house, yet we saw 3 body cams where no citation was issued, if the police would of issued the citations then..how long do you think they would be a party house...when they have to pay over a thousand dollars in fines, I doubt there would be much or any partying going on. This goes for all the crime there, moscow doesn't even write a report for the majority. Total incompetence.

I still think Brian may have played a part in getting those WSU cops caught and they framed him for revenge. The sheath that was found by Payne 4 hours after all the other cops overlooked it being the only evidence linking him to the house is already suspect. They appeared to remove way more stuff from his apt than listed. The search of his apt may have been more about getting any incriminating evidence he had against the cops than it was finding evidence he killed the 4 kids. I think you are 100 percent correct. and then the swat murder of the ex Army soldier 1.5 miles from BK's apartment a few weeks later. an ex Army soldier same 82nd airborne div is running the Moscow PD investigation. Supposedly the killed soldier worked for Black ops / Security firm...what if they were hired to carry out hit on house to silence people snitching about drugs and possible murder earlier of frat brother w Moscow PD covering things up and then to frame BK who knew more about WSU police corruption, same initials, similar looks as soldier killed...two birds one stone...if LE in Moscow is corrupt, paid of by larger dealers then definitely WSU and Pullman cops are on take as well... BK was on the run driving back to PA right after SWAT killing? Called Dad to drive back w him because he was afraid he was going to be SWATed next? They both looked pretty frightened when pulled over in Indiana, immediately talking about the SWAT killing...
