Does anyone else think that Anne Taylor who is Bryan Kohberger’s attorney should step down? Up until Jan 5 she was the lawyer for Cara Kernodle (Xana’s mother) and she had defended Maddie’s mother in the past as well. Both mothers were in jail on drug charges with high bonds, Maddie’s mother 5 days before the students were killed and Xana’s mother 6 days after the murder. Evidently both these girls were product of broken home. It would seem to me this is sitting up grounds for appeal should Kohberger be convicted. They need to bring in lawyer from another part of Idaho who has equal experience in possible death penalty cases and have Taylor step down.
