It could also be blood dna from him, we don’t know what type was gathered
If there was other dna, prints on the sheath the cops would be tracking that down too, found next to MM, you would think her blood must have touched it but we won’t know until the trial
When they went before the judge to get the PCA, the judge can ask questions of them, to clarify what type of dna, is there more than what’s in the PCA, etc.
We only know a small inkling of what was gathered in this case, they have been so tight lipped
