Imo good theory, I'll add I think bk was an informant that was involved turning people in, I think k was involved into looking into the corruption too. Look at the lady she turned into the cop involved in this case regarding a missing woman she located at Walmart, the cop said he never reviewed the tapes at Walmart, and we all know Walmart has cameras everywhere, then two weeks later the missing woman k reported was found dead. I think the swat was ordered in PA and it didn't go as planned, they sent a swat team to someone they never even interrogated, and they could never identify or place at a crime scene where 4 people were murdered... that's not usual practice at all..period.
