Interesting timeline on BCK court appointed PD
December 30: BCK arrested in Pennsylvania
January 3: AT is announced as his PD, she and a crew were seen at the King street home with a group of people going through the home
January 4: BCK flown to Idaho
When was the hearing to appoint a PD?
Was it done while he was still in PA?
Why did AT even take the case knowing she had defended two of the dead kids parents? She has known about X’s mom since 2000 and had 4 court cases with her
Does this set up a possible appeal issue?
Where is the waived signatures of both parties she certainly should have gotten, BCK should have been told as well as CK, but she’s on the run I guess
Did BCK sign off on this?
