This lawyer guy points out how in the state's response to the request for delivery document that they wrote "co-defendant" down. Doesn't necessarily mean there is one, but he pointed out how they also didn't write "N/A" and that's it's possible there could be a co-defendant who has already pled and that's currently sealed.
