I and my son (7) got sick a few weeks ago and it took us both about 2 weeks to recover- I still don’t feel fully recovered because of the super phlegmy cough I still have after two rounds of antibiotics, ivermectin (weekly prophylactic dose before getting sick & twice a day now) & various cough meds. The one thing that helped tremendously was pure sunlight. I literally just laid in the grass and soaked it in, felt better immediately.

We tested negative for Covid, flu, no pneumonia- but definitely not like any illness I’ve had in the past. Not vaxxed, Covid twice and quickly recovered with ivermectin & zinc. Didn’t really help this round. Whatever this is, everyone is getting it and it’s a beast.

You are both correct and incorrect. You can't just start taking supplements once you have symptoms. Well, you can. But then you are not going to get maximum benefits from them. If anything, you may get a very negligible benefit.

Things like Vitamin D, Zinc, Magnesium, and an ionophore such as Quercetin or Quinine (all of these should be taken by everyone to both minimize the chance of virus contraction as well as minimize the severity of an infection) take around three weeks to build up to sufficient levels in the human body.

Everyone should be taking all of these on a daily basis starting ASAP. Don't wait until you are sick.
