A good bet would be to take 1000mg of Vit C (ascorbic acid) which will acidify your pee.

Dandelion leaf will help as a diuretic.

Look it up. Order it from "NOW" brand, they make a plain d-mannose that is pure. Skip the cranberry for now. Add lots of magnesium as well. You will thank me later.

that may be the case. Apple cider vinegar and low carb diet. Take quercetin and bromelain too, add that to the d-mannose and magnesium above and you likely won't be having a problem anymore.

It may be IBS related as IBS creates uti

Are you going by lab work or merely symptoms?
