Now brand D-Mannose POWDER (not capsules).
1 rounded teaspoon in a small cup of juice or water every few hours. Keep dosing for a full day or two after symptoms resolve. You should feel relief after the first couple of doses. May cause loose stools, but it's temporary.
D mannose prevents e coli from sticking to the walls of the bladder. Works better & faster than antibiotics.
