A lawyer who had emailed me, who was involved in some way with the Raland Brunson case in the U.S. Supreme Court, and he had informed me that he “have heard the Supremes accepted the Brunson case.”
So this lawyer had informed me that the Raland Brunson case had been accepted at the conference today in the U.S. Supreme Court. Hooray!!!! Great for them. Brian Hill also sent a letter to the Supreme Court in support of the Brunson case.

I have a question here.

What you are speaking about is after McCarthy is voted in, with these concessions given to the holdout group - if McCarthy starts trying to back out of what he agreed to or whatever and they do this one person puts up a vote to remove him - you are saying if he doesn't get the 218 he is instantly gone (ie can't keep being revoted like we have been seeing)

..my question is...if this happens - and he does not get the votes in the above scenario - who would be selected to replace him?
