First of all, one has to be the absolute perfect picture of physical and mental health to even be considered for the USAF Academy. They screen the stuffing out of each and every person who comes there as a Cadet.

I’m talking Astronaut type levels of physical perfection. Doctors, psychiatrists, and an assortment of other medical staff frequently place your entire medical history and current physiological status under multiple microscopes. They also check you out regularly for an annual physical. If they spot ANYTHING out of the ordinary during initial screenings, one instantly becomes grounds for exclusion from the school.
