In Africa it wasn't outlawed until 1875.

And in Africa it had been going on for MILLENNIA.

My partner is an engineer and has worked all across Africa.
I'm sorry Africa will never compete..that's why manufacturing bases aren't there.
If you tell an African to do something by a certain time..it never gets done.

No concept of deadlines..no foresight..no planning. Again..hot climate..no winters.. not genetically wired for those traits.
It's just challenging to do any work there.

The Africans that immigrate do so because they know this and they want a better life. And they are usually very successful out west..but they need diversity ro influence them.
