That problem is solved by using their colon to make a vagina. The secretions are a little smelly in that new barbie purse, but that's what summer's eve is for.
I don't know what a colon/penis tissue cobbled together vagina result would do.

Nobody is forcing people to do this surgery. It requires a lot of talk therapy first (not the same thing as conversion therapy which can do more harm) to help treat body dysphoria. If a doctor gives this surgery to someone who doesn’t actually need it, I bet they could be sued for malpractice which many people who are pro-surgery actually agree with. This is what causes people to de-transition.

And first the patient should try hormone replacement therapy to see if that helps first.. a lot of people identify as the opposite gender and go through talk therapy to have better a better body positive image and leave their body as is and accept their own bodies for what they are and leave it at that. Some go through HRT and then stop there if it makes them feel better.. and a smaller amount actually go through the surgery when they have exhausted all other options (if they are still extremely depressed and suicidal where the surgery can be life saving for them).

There does need to be a conversation about gender affirming care who should actually receive which stages of it... but first we need to stop bullying an already marginalized group of people (less than 1% of the population has gender dysphoria) as bullying will just cause even more psychological damage than they already have which causes depression and suicide rates to to up.
