A tip for avoiding back labor. No reclining. That will put the baby’s spine against your spine. A few times a day get on all fours and that will usually make sure baby’s spine will be on the outside. You will feel it with your hands. No hands and feet will be poking your stomach. Rest on your side. Women long ago would always wash floors on their hands and knees and then the heaviest part of the baby which is the spine would always be in place. Not saying to wash floors lol but to get on hands and knees a few times a day. It is great for back relief also. Labor as well.

And more important, have you got a name picked out yet?

May we ask what names you have or considered? Names last a lifetime, so give him a great one.

My brothers were stuck with Louis and Arthur because of going back for years in the family. I was stuck with Victoria. Which I can at least work with.

Hey GLP! As most of you know I am expecting a baby late February. I went to the hospital last night due to having contractions all day. Unfortunately I am also dilated a little which isn't normal since I'm only 34 weeks.

I am at home on bed rest now , baby is doing fine. Please pray that the baby remains healthy and he will wait atleast until February 6th to be born. I really don't want to have to give birth in a hospital unless baby's or my health declines.
