The way it interacts with the Electricity Cables.And Rail Tracks i presume are electrified.

Reading the comments people say Ball lightning.

I have never seen Ball lightening,so have no idea if it behaves like this.

It's a Will-o'the Wisp. My dad saw one when he was younger. The way he describes it is almost identical to what you're seeing here.

I researched ball lightning out of interest many years ago. That clip has been circulating the net for a while, its fake.
I have seen ball lightning and met others who have... Its unworldly. Google Hessdalen lights if you want to get started learning about the mystery of ball lightning.. much love

I saw one when I was a kid. It was smaller and of orange color. There was a big lightning outside my house and this sphere came thru an open window that my mom was just trying to close.
She cried loud when it crossed by her, almost as if it passed thru her, then it bounced on the tiled floor of the kitchen and exploded when reached the gas oven, making a noise like a 22 gun shot. Only thing left was a smell of sulfur, or ozone. I am not sure.
