For a multitude of reasons, but among the most important, there are several :

1. Russia doesn't WANT Chinese troops anywhere in Russia or Europe.

2. Russia doesn't NEED Chinese troops for war. There are still 22 MILLION reservists (people who have previous military experience) left to mobilize in Russia, along another 30 million (w/o military experience) who can be recruited.

3. China's PLA is not able to sustain serious war anywhere outside it's borders, or very close to.

4. China's TOP INTERESTS are in the Pacific, not Europe, nor Russia, and they will need all of their resources to reach those interests.




So, no, China is not going to send troops to help Russia.
