What time do you wake up each day? Been waking at 5am lately and i think i like it.

When my body lets me. I sleep through or turn all alarms off in my sleep for most of my life. Wish I could do 5am every day... don't inherit genetic disorders is my advice.

5:05 every day, no alarms in 2 decades

Early, in bed by 9:30pm up no later than 5:30. It's a routine that works for me, and I got a lot of shit to do. Enjoying the last few sips of morning coffee now and then into the office for a day of estimating with a job walkthrough this afernoon.

Usually I'm already in the field most days by 6:30am

Was up at 5am today. I don't usually do this during the winter because there isn't a point. But during the summer I'm usually on the water bass fishing by 4:45am and at work for 930am.

Quarter past 4am ish?

Tires are already rollin by 5.

Early to bed, early to rise....

5 am seems to be my average wake time.

This is not by choice though. About 3 months ago my internal clock shifted for some reason unknown to me.

Normally i would wake up around 830am

Down with the chickens. 7pm
Wake the chickens up. 3am
I love that few hours that nothin is stirring.
I get more done by breakfast than most do all day.

It means you’re getting older.

You actually don’t gain more time because you go to sleep sooner.
