Was engaged to Rene Caisse' great grand daughter for a time decades ago. She was attending college in Southern Alberta where I lived. I went to southern Ontario with her to meet the family. Once with them all, she says to me "I wanna show you something, our great grandma learned a cure for cancer".

I really thought they were playing a practical joke, and then they showed me mounds and mounds of evidence. It was something to be sure. It worked with particular types of cancers more than others.

Its also important to remember that circa 1990, anyone with a medical license even coming near the formula she called Essiac (Her last name backwards), was subject to stripping of their credentials. The formula was very popular but only available underground. I recall one renegade American doctor wrote a book about his experience with it, also underground, and would (after vetting) hand out the formula to cancer patients who asked.

Lots has changed since those days...I saw a bottle of Essiac in a damn GNC iirc.

One note, it's supposed to be 50% sheep Sorrel, whole plant including roots which means sellers only get one harvest annually. Using leaves only they can get 3 harvests so to get fill benefit one can grow their own with grow light year round and harvest whole plant.

This product is called Essiac Tea but it is NOT the proper ingredients to be qualified as actual Essiac Tea. Renee Caisse said if your product lacked Sheep Sorral Root you might as well be drinking mineral water. This company includes Sheep Sorral leaves and stems which is complete fraud. Call it something else if you want to do a similar tea. Don't lead people to believe you have the actual product by using this name. We wasted 5 months taking this product and it was all in vain. Sheep Sorral Root takes 2 years to grow and that's why it's hard to find products with it.
