I will add to this thread and keep following it to add examples as they come.
The slight bit of paranoia in me (sorry can't help it! Been targeted too much) tells me that the dude I spoke with last night could be one of these very psychological "counter warfare" agents...
I know better than to say much to anyone anymore.
Might just be a regular dude like myself and I'm looking too into it but that felt very purposefully distracting.

That's just part of the psychological warfare. Turns on a kind of stockholme syndrome where you begin to sympathize.
But really it's the CIA and FBI's own damn fault people hate them.
The reality is, the more that activists especially the anti-war kind are persecuted by these agencies the less they are trusted.
The CIA especially plays both sides, so they will play Republicans to increase their power, and next term play Democrats to increase their power.
Whichever President opposes them becomes a one-term president.
The CIA is becoming an all-encompassing entity like the KGB in the old days.
Speak out and your fucked.
That's the freedom they have brainwashed their agents to enforce.
