DARPA should be shut down for gross negligence in the payment of manufacturing contracts for the Covid vaccine without any quality control. How does one create consistency of vials when they're filled from a vat containing thousands, and the needle inserted might not get 1/5 the actual dosage based on where the needle in the vial sucked in the vat swirl that wasn't quality controlled either...
