Quoting: Anonymous Coward 84962079 At 1,000 dollars bail, he only needed to raise 10 percent of that to be released. His brother let him sit in there til he died, and is now trying to cash in on the tragedy. He never thought once the whole time to bail out his brother. Reminds me of my own brother.
