Can we get a synopsis please?

Ok…so I realize it’s just a soap and not everyone watches them but an interesting coincidence just the same. There’s a main storyline on General Hospital right now about a cereal killer using a large hook, used to haul in very large fish, on their victims. Take a wild guess what the hook is laced with in case the large hook itself isn’t affective enough.
