Public water has always been a problem. Particularly "reclaimed" which isn't necessary (we have plenty of clean source/potable water to drink).
Theory has some holes...
Doesn't explain how people on wells got it.
Not sure I believe people in water authorities all over the country could pull this off without someone saying something. Those people drink their own poison.
Why was gain of function necessary?
Now that vexx uptake is the highest it's going to get, why does it continue?

We didn't see excess bump until the vexx. Don't suspend critical thinking because you hear something you like. You have to also consider this is a multifaceted operation. It’s possible that it has several components that must converge simultaneously to be effective. Hence lessening the chances of being exposed if only one is considered at a time. I’ve been under the impression the whole time that the shots are only a part of the plan. I also don’t believe the official. Numbers that only 16 percent of the population took NO shots. Idk if I believe that. I think they are doing other things and trying to gut everyone hyper focused on the shot.
