The rats are addicted from eating feces. They gotta get that fix somehow. Bubonic plague next? This is just one of the many reasons that I say the homeless need to be arrested. It should be illegal to live on the streets, it's not sanitary... agree 100% they are not just unsanitary, but typically unfriendly, violent, and provide a negative for humanity. Maybe the police should be locked up instead for profiting off of the drug trade that has caused these issues in the first place
