Our parks department does a great job of keeping our neighborhood park clean. A few years ago, they built a pavilion, where people could have picnics...Almost daily the police have to run off the homeless, who think they can live in the shelter and sleep on the picnic tables...They will sit there all day and night...I don't see them eat or take a piss...They never move until the cops make them...
