I have read man, many of your posts and believe you are an intelligent person. So, let's discuss this comment you made.
Humans organize into groups so that the work is divided up (some farmers, some carpenters, etc.) and to protect their goodies from other groups that decide to come and kill them to get their stuff.
Somehow, we humans end up with "homeless people".
Now, in the animal kingdom, there are groups that organize for hunting (lions), protection of the herd (caribou) and protection of territories (meerkat). All with different types of structures and rules of the group.
Humans are far, far more creative than the rest of the animals. We build things, like houses, roads, computers and we farm for food.
Being so good at problem solving, why are we unable to solve the challenge with "homeless people"?
