If you’re having a medical difficulty you pull over. You don’t drive on for miles. The hazards mean he can’t drive & knows it. I see this all the time. A semi with hazards on drifting in & out it’s lane all over the road going half the speed limit. When you finally get up beside him it’s an East Indian or Pakistani driver texting with two hands. I hope that’s not too racist for ya. Cuz that’s the way it is. Every single time. By the way I’ve been driving a big rig for 39 years. It never used to be like this.
