But the orange shirt guy starts yelling and then threatening to kill both of them

We don't see what happened off camera but look like the orange shirt guy threw something at the father

Either way, don't let your anger get you killed

Also, the father was cool as could be even when the orange shirt guy was raging, trying to calm him down and de-escalate.

Also, the orange shirt guy was advancing and kept getting close, almost touching the father's chest with his finger though when that happened the father backed off slightly.

When someone points a gun at you and asks you to back off POLITELY I might add LIKE 20 TIMES, YOU BACK OFF.


Not to mention orange shirt guys wife literally egging him on throwing fuel on the fire, escalating the situation.

The two armed men were calm, and told the guy numerous times not to come at them in a threatening manner.

Dead man lost his temper numerous times, threatening to kill both of the other men, while they remained calm and continued to warn him not to approach, especially since he just told them both he was going to kill them.

There was no imminent threat... just threatening words. Remember stick and stones can break you bones, but words will never hurt you. The pair need to go to prison.

People are allowed to open carry, plus the two other men lived 100 feet away from where this took place, Mr. Orange shirt didn't live anywhere around there.

When Mr. Orange shirt decided to move from verbally threatening death to both men, to eventually charging the men, then they were within their legal rights to protect themselves.
