However, even outside their property they do have the right to defend themselves from imminent threat, no different than a police officer. The old-timer in the clip showed way more restraint than even a cop would have. There was no imminent threat... just threatening words. Old boy DID Swing on the Father and was shot dead . That is legal . The Cops were called and en route ! The Police knew these families had a feud . We DO NOT KNOW what other past threats were made and how much they were invested in killing each other . A jury trial might acquit them . Oh the poor man was shot ! He was acting like a damn fool facing 2 armed and able ready men . He was killed attacking them and that was caught on CAM but edited out . |
